HIV/AIDS – Be an HIV champion! End the stigma of HIV/AIDS by organizing and conducting learning events and awareness campaigns in countries that are battling the spread of HIV/AIDS such as Indonesia, China and Philippines. __________________________________________
Education – Play your part in education for the betterment of tomorrow! Design and execute learning syllabuses for educational institutions and universities or teach your favourite languages like English, Chinese, Spanish and many others in countries such as China, Taiwan and Korea.
Environmental Sustainability – Be a green agent! The key to lasting environmental sustainability is to instill environmental awareness in the younger generation. Save the earth by getting involved in organizing awareness campaigns and activities in developing countries such as India and China.
Cultural Understanding – Be a global citizen! Share your cultural awareness and understanding with people worldwide. Run trainings and cultural road shows in countries such as Ukraine, Poland and Russia and stand a chance to be hosted by a foster family. ________________
Social Development – Make a difference! Lend a helping hand to better improve the quality of life of locals of countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia and Philippines. Be part of an NGO or project to make a difference in alerting social issues such as children rights, women rights and rural area development.

What is the type of traineeship we offer you?
Development traineeship (DT). DT is one type of internship for all youth from every education background. You will work in an NGO or a project with many people from different countries. Inside the project usually involves cultural exchange from people across the world and cultural tour. You can choose a project that runs an issue that you are passionate with, for example cultural issue, children, environment, HIV/AIDS, and entrepreneurship.

The fee you need to pay will be different for each stage:
Interview Selection: Rp. 100.000
Raising+ Sign Contract: Rp. 1.400.000
Matched Fee: Rp.1.000.000

*the preparation for ticket and Visa will be responsible personally by
the exchange participant itself.
